My whole family loved this as did my employees. I used no sugar blackberry jam and 1/2 splenda - 1/19/09

I think it sounds very, very good, but I personally would have a terrible time with portion control and this recipe.
I know that moderation is key with any lifestyle change, but I probably couldn't be trusted to moderate myself with a pan of this sitting around! - 1/5/09

I used one can of crescent rolls, Splenda instead of sugar, 8 oz of low fat cream cheese, and a small container of fresh blueberries and a small container of blackberries sprinkled with a little Splenda, and baked it in a 9x9 pan. It was delicious, and didn't taste anything like a "safe" dessert! - 1/4/09

The recipe is very easy and tasty. I will use this for company and special occasions. Next time I will use 1 package of cream cheese, like DebHarb recommended. To get 15 servings and get the calorie count down, the serving size was pretty tiny. Don't make this if you don't have help eating it! - 1/4/09

These certainly were EASY. Hubby said this was the best dessert I've ever made and I've made TONS! I thought they were pretty good considering the ease of this recipe. I added a glaze flavoured with almond extract to make it look more like a danish ;o)
Thanks for this great recipe! - 1/4/09

My family loved it. I made it with just one package of cream cheese and it was still great....just not so rich. - 1/1/09

What a delicious treat! You can also substitute sugar free pie filling in any flavor. They're usually sweetened with splenda. Maybe apple with a little cinnamon? Yum. - 12/31/08

I've been making this recipe for a couple of years now except I use Splenda instead of sugar and swirl in Smuckers Sugar Free Blackberry or Strawberry Jam instead of the pie filling. This is a fast, easy recipe in case company drops by. - 12/29/08

This sounds great. The calorie count can be lowered quite a bit by using no-fat Crescent Rolls, low-fat cream cheese, and Splenda. - 12/28/08

I used fresh frozen blueberries (with a bit of sugar mixed) and skipped the top just left open faced. I also used the rolled crescent flat dough. Delish dessert. - 5/25/10

No stars. I'm sorry. I really wanted to like this but the crust was like eating soggy bread. Placing wet ingredients next to raw dough just doesn't work out. - 2/27/10

yes, I agree, when I make cheesecake, I use half the sugar and it's plenty sweet! otherwise, this is a marvelous idea! - 1/6/09

sounds delicious but alot of sugar. I would make it, but either cut the sugar in half or use Splenda. - 1/6/09

I make this but I roll the dough out to fit a cookie sheet.
The pieces are a little thinner but you get twice as many and half the calories. - 12/30/08

These sound incredible and I am going to make them. Just one question...........do you spray non-stick in the pan or do you grease it at all? - 12/28/08

Yes I did use a non stick spray in the bottom of the pan.

I've made this recipe before, but never with the blueberry pie filling. Thank you for adding a new twist to an old favorite! - 12/28/08

Was the pie filling calculated in the calories and nutritional information? I don't see it on the ingredients list. - 12/27/08

Thank you for pointing that out to me. Yes, it was, I just forgot to add it to the ingredient list.
