Ingredients
Black-eyed peas (cowpeas), immature seeds, cooked, boiled, drained, without salt, 4 Cup (remove)*Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" (remove)Scallions, raw, 4 medium (4-1/8" long) (remove)Red Ripe Tomatoes, 3 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) (remove)Onions, raw, 1 slice, medium (1/8" thick) (remove)Jalapeno Peppers, 2 pepper (remove)Parsley, 5 sprigs (remove)*Canola Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)*Nakano Seasoned Rice Vinegar, 4 tbsp (remove)Granulated Sugar, 1 tsp (remove)
Directions
Mix chop everything finely. Mix. Serves approx 20. Can be used as salad or a salsa type dip.
