Caribbean Chicken with brown rice and vegetables

- one ready to cook chicken breast- caribbean jerk seasoning ( 2 tbsp)- one success brown rice ( in a bag )- one small can of peas and carrots- 3 tbsp extra light olive oil
- in a saucepan heat up the olive oil
- sprinkle one side of chicken breat and place face down in saucepan; let cook until seared on that side
- flip chicken then sprinkle remaining seasoning on chicken and place face down to sear on that side
- cook rice according to directions
- let chicken simmer on low until rice is ready
- once rice is cooked, add peas and carrots and cook in microwave for 3 minutes
- place chicken and rice with vegetables on plate and serve!
