Vegetarian Cake

Ingredients
1.5 c. whole wheat flour1 c sugar4 tbsp cocoa powder1 tsp. baking powder1 tsp. baking soda1 c. warm water1/3 c. apple sauce1 tsp vanilla extract1 tbsp white vinegar
Directions
Sift dry ingredients together in a bowl. Mix water, vanilla, apple sauce, and vinegar in a separate bowl and then add to dry ingredients. Mix well and then add to a greased cake pan and bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes.
