BARRILLA TRI COLOR ROTINI (1/2) BOXRED ONION (1/2 SLICED IN 1/2) (MEDIUM SIZED)1/2 JAR SPAGHETTI SAUCE1 CUP DICED TOMATOES1 TBSP OLIVE OIL1 CUP MUSHROOMS2 LINKS ITALIAN SAUSAUGE1/2 TBSP SALT1 TBSP PEPPER1 TBSP GARLIC POWDER4 TBSP KRAFT GRADED PARMESAN CHEESE
Directions
I used my wok to make this.i had my water boiling for the pasta while i was preparing the rest of the meal. I added my olive oil to the wok over medium heat. then added my sausage. I broke it up as i was cooking it. leaving it in medium chunks. about 10 minutes,(here is where I added my pasta and cooked per box instructions about 8 minutes) I then added the red onion and cooked till clear another 5 minutes. then added the mushrooms and cooked thru another 5 minutes. I then added 1/2 jar of spaghetti sauce. depending on your sauce you may want to add some pasta water to your sauce to thin it out. finally I drained and added the pasta to the wok and cooked for 5 minutes in the sauce, adding my kraft parmesan cheese at the end and cooked thru.
