super easy egg salad

Ingredients
6 hard boiled eggs3 TBSP Mayo, I use light Kraft5 TBSP of Milk, I use 1%2 tsp sugaronion to taste optional
Directions
peal hard boiled eggg and mash with a fork or blend in a food processor. in a seperate bowl mix mayo,milk, and sugar untill well combined. add onion to mix and then stir in eggs. chill and serve on bread or toast.

    This is almost a custard/pudding texture/thickness. You HAVE to blend it or it is WAY too runny! My 9 yr. old was able to make it, other then didn't know to blend it, from reading the recipe and LOVED it. I also had some and it is o.k.,though kind of bland as there is almost no texture on bread. - 10/23/09

    This is the best recipe that I have tried for egg salad. I did find it a bit runny and I didn't even use all the milk that the recipe called for. I ended up adding 5 extra eggs and it worked out great. I also added a squirt of mustard!
