Little House Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients
2 Sweet Potatoes1 Apple2 Onionssalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Bake or microwave sweet potatoes. While they are cooking chop onions, peel, core and chop apple. Cook apple and onions in a skillet with water. When tender, add a little cooking spray and saute a few minutes until just starting to brown. Mix in a little salt and pepper to taste.


When the sweet potatoes are done remove the skin and cut into pieces. Mix everything together and serve.
