Lobster & Shrimp Pasta

6 oz Maine Lobster, cut into 1/2" - 3/4" pieces6 oz Medium Shrimp (90-120 count), raw and deveined )6 Roma Tomatoes 4 oz Asparagus4 tbsp Butter, unsalted 4 oz White Wine6 cloves Garlic1 lb Linguine1 cup Parmesan Cheese
Wash asparagus thoroughly & cut off woody ends. Cut asparagus into 3" pieces. Place asparagus into boiling salted water for 2 minutes.
Drain and chill in ice water to stop cooking. Drain again.
Cook pasta according to directions. Drain and chill in ice water to stop cooking process. Drain again.
Heat butter in large saute pan. Add garlic and saute until tender.
Add lobster meat and shrimp, cooking until the shrimp is opague.
Add tomatoes and wine and simmer 2 minutes.
Add asparagus & pasta, cook until everything is heated through
Split between 4 bowls and garnich with fresh grated parmesan cheese
