Hot Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients
1 10 oz pkg of frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry1 8 oz pkg 33% less fat cream cheese, softened3/4 cup Hellman's Light Mayonnaise2 cups Monterey Jack cheese, shredded1 pkg of Knorr's vegetable soup mix1 14 oz can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped1 8 oz can water chestnuts, drained and chopped2 tbsp minced garlic
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients except 3/4 cup of shredded cheese. Spoon into 2 quart casserole, then top with remaining cheese. Bake for 35 minutes or until dip is hot.
