Tomatillo Avocado Salsa

Ingredients
6 tomatillos, husked, rinsed and patted dry2 cloves garlic1 avocado, peeled and seeded1 jalapeno pepper, seeds and ribs removed
Directions
Roughly chop the tomatillos and pepper. Using a food processor with chopping blade, add tomatillos, pepper and garlic cloves and run until blended. Add pieces of avocado and blend again until smooth. Add salt and stir, pour into container and refrigerate to blend flavors...about 2 hrs. Serve with tortilla chips or use as topping for meat or chili.
