Whole Wheat Banana Bread

2 cups Whole Wheat Flour1/3 cup of honey1/4 cup brown sugar2 large bananas mashed ( I like banana so I use 4!)1 egg1 1/2 tsp baking powder1 tsp baking soda2 TBSP Ground Flax
Combine all dry ingerdiants
In seperate bowl mash banaas and add sugar, honey, egg and flax.
Pour into loaf pan and bake on 325 for 50-55 minutes.

We made two batches yesterday. We took out the honey and added in 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 cup of unsweetened applesauce and used 4 bananas first batch then 5 very ripe bananas the second. We saw without the applesauce it looked a bit dry, so we improvised. It came out moist and delicious! - 5/22/13

ECHOSPRINGS
I added 4 bananas and 1/2 cup of walnuts. I also added cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves. This recipe is very good for something so healthy. The top tends to darken before the middle is finished cooking (at least in my oven) covering the top lightly with foil for the first half will help this. - 5/9/07
