Oriental Cabbage Salad (South Beach P1)

Ingredients
1/2 small head green cabbage, shredded3 scallions, chopped2 T sesame oil2 T cider vinegar2 T sesame seeds, toasted
Directions
Combine the cabbage, scallions, oil, & vinegar. Toss well & chill until ready to serve. Add the sesame seeds & toss again before serving.
