Ingredients
3/4 C red Kidney beans, 1/2 c bell peppers, 1/2 med tomato, 1/4 c tomato sauce (low sodium & low sugar) 3 oz ground turkey breast, 2 tsp or less canola oil, 1/4 tsp black pepper, 1/4 tsp chili powder, 1/4 tsp parsley, 1/4 tsp paprika.
Directions
Single serving;

Spray skillet with non-stick spray. Add turkey & cook. Combine vegetables, cooked turkey & remaining ingredients to pan, Heat over low heat & spice as desired.
