Ingredients
1 stick butter1/2 c. brown sugar1/2 c. splenda2 eggsvanilla extract2.5 c. whole wheat pastry flour1 T. baking soda1 T. baking powder3 scoops EAS protein powder, vanilla2 c. old fashioned oats1/2 c. flax meal1 c. raisins
Directions
Makes 18 large cookies.
Bake at 350 for about 15 min - bottoms brown before tops, if you overcook, they will be dry. Remove when firm.
