1 medium head of cabbage, chopped.1 yellow onion, diced1 clove garlic, finely chopped1 can diced tomatoes1 1/2 cups water1 TBSP Olive OilBlack Pepper and Salt to taste1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
Saute onion in small amount of oil with garlic and black pepper until it begins to soften.
Add watervand diced tomatoes and bring to simmer.
Add coarsely chopped cabbage and cook until cabbage is done, about 30 minutes.
Add salt and additional black pepper to taste.
