Avocado Salad

Ingredients
1 avocado, skin and pit removed, diced1/2 cup sliced onion2 plum tomatoes, diced2 Tbsp. plain, non-fat yogurt1/4 tsp. lime juice1/4 tsp. garlic powder1/4 tsp. onion powderpinch ground cumin1/4 tsp. dried cilantrosalt & pepper to taste
Directions
Place avocado, onion & tomato in medium bowl. In small bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Mix with avocado mixture.


The acid in the yogurt & lime juice help keep the avocados from turning brown.
