Pork and Sauerkraut

4 large potatoes, cubed32-oz. bag sauerkraut, drained1 large onion, chopped1 large tart, apple, chopped2 Tbsp. packed brown sugar1 tsp. minced garlic1/2 tsp pepper2 1/2 lb. boneless pork loan roast
1. Put potatles in slow cooker.
2. Combine remaining ingredients, except pork, in slow cooker. Place half of the sauerkraut mixture on top of the potatoes. Add roast. Top with remaining sauerkraut mixture.
3. Cover. Cook on High 3-4 hours.
