1 lb. ground beef1/2 cup raw rice1/4 cup chopped onions ( I used dried ones)1 tsp salt1/4 tsp pepper2 (8 oz) cans tomato sauce1 cup water
Mix beef, rice, onions, and seasonings. Form into small balls. Brown, turning frequently until light brown and not crusty. Add tomato sauce and water, mix well. Cover and simmer 45 minutes
