1 can black beans, rinsed and drained1 can vegetarian refried beans1 4-oz can chopped green chilies1 TBSP chili powder (or more to taste)1 heaping teaspon ground cumin1/4 cup or more chopped fresh cilantroLaTortilla Factory Multi Grain WrapLow fat cheddar cheese
Combine black and refried beans. Add green chilies, chili powder, cumin, & cilantro. Mix well and refrigerate. Use 1/2 cup of filling and 1/4 cup low fat shredded cheese and wrap in LaTortilla Factory Multi Grain Wrap (or a wrap of your choice). Heat in microwave about 75 seconds on high. Enjoy! Recipe makes 5 burritos--just enough for a week's worth of lunches.
