Zucchini and Carrot Fritters

Ingredients
Zucchini,grated (approximately half of medium)Carrot, grated (approximately 2 tablespoons)Red onion, grated (approximately a quarter of meduim)2 eggs (medium)
Directions
Beat eggs in bowl and add rest of ingredients.
Season to taste.
Heat a small non stick frypan.
Spoon tablespoon of mixture into pan.
Cook for 2 minutes on either side.
