Ingredients
1 Thomas Light English Muffin1/4 cup egg substitute1 slice of canadian bacon1 slice of 2% American Cheese
Directions
Toast english muffin. While toasting spray a small plastic or other microwave-safe bowl with a small amount of cooking spray. Add egg substitute to bowl. Cook in microwave for 30 seconds. Turn egg over, place canadian bacon slice on top and cook another 30 seconds until egg is done. Once english muffin is toasted place egg and cheese on english muffin. Enjoy!
