I also halved the recipe as hubby doesn't eat them. This was quick, easy and tasty, using ingredients I already had (no need for buttermilk was a huge plus). And I still have leftovers for the rest of the week. I will definitely make these again, and often =)~ - 5/3/09

These were so delicious, we ate them up! I did have to add more milk though. Will make this often. I had mine with Agave Nectar to make it more healthy, but served the kids with syrup. - 5/11/11

Very yummy. It's just me but I made the whole recipe and froze the leftovers for quick, microwave breakfasts. I added a little cinnamon and they were easy and yummy! - 2/24/11

This was easy and the kids loved it, the low calorie count made you not feel so bad about splurging on some syrup. Defiantly going to make these as our weekend pancake breakfast. - 3/27/10
