Santa Fe Soup

1 lb. ground turkey1 large onion, chopped1 can tomatoes w/chiles1 can diced tomatoes2 cups water1 (16 oz) can kidney beans1 (16 oz) can pinto beans1 (16 oz) can black beans1 (11 oz) can white shoe peg corn2 env ranch salad dressing mix2 env taco seasoning mix
Brown the turkey and onions in a stockpot, stirring until the meat is crumbly; drain. Stir in the undrained tomatoes, water, undrained beans & corn, dressing mix and taco mix and mix well.
Bring the soup to a boil; reduce heat. Simmer for 30 minutes or until desired consistency, stirring occasionally. Ladle into soup bowls. Yield 14 svgs.
