Ingredients
One and a half cups of milk (skim, 1%, 2%, or soy)One frozen banana (just throw an over ripe banana in the freezer until its hard)One tablespoon of chocolate sauce (optional)One teaspoon of vanillaOne teaspoon of cinnamon (optional)Half a cup of any kind of berry (optional)
Directions
Step one: At an earlier time, put an overripe banana in the freezer, peel and all.
Step two: Once your banana is hard, take it out of the freezer and cut it into inch long pieces. This makes it easier to get the peel off. Once you have cut it off, peel off the skin.
Step three: Put all of your ingredients in a blender.
Step four: Blend on high for thirty seconds or until the mixture is smooth.
Pour into glasses and enjoy!
Makes one or two glasses (depending on how much you drink and which ingredients you use)

I suggest adding yogurt, too, to boost the protein count. I like either home made or plain. Adds tartness. - 8/2/09

Yeah, its really just a rough idea of how to make a smoothie. You can make it sweeter or smoother or whatever depending on your tastes.
