Orange-Glazed Halibut

Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs fresh or frozen halibut steaks, or other fish steaks2 Tbsp. chopped green onions1 Tbsp. butter4 tsp cornstarch1 cup orange juice1 tsp chicken bouillon granules1/2 tsp salt1 orange, peeled, and diced
Directions
Arrange fish steaks in a single layer in a small baking dish. In a small sauce pan saute onion in butter for 5 minutes. Bleen in the cornstarch and add the orange juice, bouillon, and salt. Cook and stir until the sauce is thick and bubbly. Remove from heat and stir in the diced orange. Then pour the sauce over the fish and bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Spoon the orange glaze over the fish and serve.
