* Ground beef, lean, 24 oz (remove) * Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove) * Milk, nonfat, 1 cup (remove) * *Minute Rice, 0.75 cup (remove) * Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove) * Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 3 tsp (remove) * Salt, 1 tsp (remove) * ground mustard, 0.5 tsp (remove) * Pepper, black, 0.25 tsp (remove) * Sage, ground, 0.25 tsp (remove) * Garlic powder, 0.25 tsp (remove) * *Ketchup, Heinz, 8 tbsp (remove)
Mix all ingredients together and put into a loaf pan. Decorate top with ketchup designs. Bake at 425 for 45-60 minutes. Makes 6 slices.
Reheats well. Double recipe and make 2 loaves. Cool completely and freeze-testing still
