Joe's Low-Carb Texas Chili

Ingredients
1 lb ground chuck, ground for chili1 lb ground turkey8 ounces firm tofu, drained and crumbled 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce 16 ounces water2 teaspoons paprika 4 teaspoons cumin 2 tablespoon dried onion flakes 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt1/8 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 cup chili powder *1 teaspoon ground chipotle pepper *Amount may be reduced if less heat is desired.
Directions
1. Brown beef, turkey, and tofu in a Dutch oven; drain.
2. Add tomato sauce, water, and spices. Stir.
3. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
