White Bean and Chicken Chile

Beans, great northern, 4 cup Chicken Breast, no skin, 3 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free, 3 cup White Wine, 4 fl oz *Extra Light Olive Oil, 2 tbsp Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Garlic, 5 cloves*Cumin seed, 2 tbsp *Coriander seed, 2 tbsp Green chiles fire roasted HATCH, 4 oz Dried Mexican Oregano, 1 tsp Half and Half Cream, .5 cup Basil, 3 leaves Fresh Cilantro, 0.2 cup
Combine dried spices in morter and pestle, and set aside. Clean and cube chicken breasts, add seasoning mixture. Toss until spices are well distributed. Prepare large pot or slow cooker with olive oil and place over medium heat. Add onions and saute until transparent. Add celery and minced garlic. Stir 2-3minutes and push to one side of pan. add chichen and stir until slightly cooked (white). Stir all contents of pan together.
Add chiles, beans (drained) and wine. Stir together until well mixed. Add broth, and remaining seasonings. Cook on low heat for 2 hours. At 1.5 hours add half and half. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Enjoy with frenc bread or corn bread. Garnich with shredded white cheeses and Cilantro leaves. (Watch these additional calories)
