Ingredients
1 Can 98% Fat Free Cambell's Cream of Chicken Soup1 1/4 cup of Skim Milk2 Cups pre-cooked Chicken breast (skin and bone removed)1 8oz packaged mushrooms sliced1/2 medium onion (chopped)3 cloves garlic (minced)2 TB Dry Sherry1/2 package of whole grain pasta (spaghetti or angel hair work well) cooked1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese1/3 cup breadcrumbscooking spraysalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Cook pasta according to package directions
Saute onion and garlic in canola oil, once tender, add mushrooms after mushrooms are cooked, deglaze pan with sherry.
Mix soup, milk, cheese, and chicken together in a bowl.
Combine previous ingredients together and put into a baking dish. Sprinkle breadcrumbs evenly over top of dish and spray with cooking spray. Place in oven and bake for 25 minutes.

    Wow! This recipe is AWESOME - suitable for guests. The sherry came zinging through. I made it the night before, up to the point of baking it. Baked it the next day before serving. The only change I made was to add black pepper. This is a welcome addition to my standard meal selections. - 5/20/20
