Chicken, Brown Rice & Veggie Stir Fry

1.5 cups diced yams1.5 cups summer squash, sliced1 cup kraft minute brown rice1 chicken breast, cut into small pieces1tsp salt (kosher preferable)1tsp paprika1tsp onion powder4tbsp honey
1) diced vegetables and add to salted (1tsp) boiling water
2) Bring another pot to a boil; add brown rice
3) Make sure chicken is thoroughly defrosted; add paprika and onion powder
4) grill chicken until it is thoroughly cooked
5) Add chicken to veggies and rice ; stir thoroughly
6) heat 4 tbsp of honey for 30 seconds in a microwave-safe container. Add 4tbsp water and mix.
7) Pour honey/water mixture over stirfry; mix until even coated
