Ingredients
Directions
3 Litres (12 cups) of water (bottled or tap, depending on what you drink)1 Orange1 Lemon2 sprigs of mint
In a large jug or bottle, put 3 litres of water... this can be boiled, bottled or tap depending on preference.
Cut the lemon into small segments, then cut each segment (including the peel) into pieces roughly an inch square. Do the same to the orange.
Remove the mint leaves from the sprigs, rinse.
Combine all ingredients.
Chill in a refrigerator, and drink when required. I tend to use a small strainer to keep bits of fruit and mint out of my drink. This makes a refreshing version of water that has a summery kick. Great for when regular water gets boring.
