1 bag frozen cauliflower1/2 stickbutter1/2 package cream cheesesalt & pepper to taste
Boil cauliflower until very tender. Drain well. Add cream cheese, margarine, & salt and pepper to taste. Blend with mixer until almost smooth. Makes 8 1/2 servings.
