Judy's Cranberry Orange Muffins

Ingredients
1/2 cup whole wheat flour1/4 cup flax meal1/4 cup soy flour1/2 cup uncooked rolled oats1 to 2 scoops protein powder1/8 cup Splenda1/8 cup sugar2 teasp. baking powder1/4 teasp.salt1/4 teasp. allspice2/3 cup skim milk2 eggs or substitute, slightly beaten2 tablesp. oil1 teasp. orange zest/peel1/2 bag freash or frozen cranberries
Directions
Mix all dry ing. together. Make a well on center of the dry ing. and add the rest of the ing. Stir just until mixed, do not over mix as this makes muffins tough.
Bake at 350 for 20-25 min.
Makes 12 muffins
