Sun-Bird Light Fried Rice

Ingredients
1/2 cup raw brown rice, prepared ahead and cooled.1 bunch green onions, cleaned and sliced,1 package frozen mixed vegetables, cooked ahead2 teaspoons soy sauce,1 egg, scrambled1/2 package Sun-bird Fried Rice seasoning
Directions
Make rice ahead and let cool. In non-stick skillet, gently toss rice and sliced green onions over medium heat til onions soften. Push aside in skillet and add scrambled raw egg. Gently cook egg and then mix into rice. Add cooked vegetables, soy sauce and seasoning mix. Cook until well heated and serves 3
