Curried Black and White Beans

Ingredients
2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil1/2 medium onion, diced 2.5 Tbsp curry powder2 cups black beans, cooked/rinsed 1 cup great nothern bean, cooked/rinsed1 cup chicken broth1 15 oz can tomato sauce salt/pepper to taste
Directions
saute' onion in medium pan at medium heat until just soft
add curry and combine for approx 2 minutes
add beans , mix well
add broth and tomato sauce - mix well
raise temp to boil
reduce heat to medium low and cover
cook additional 10 minutes

makes approx 6 - 1 cup servings.
