Mac's Salmon Loaf

Ingredients
15 1\2 oz of Salmon flaked1/4 sweet onion1/4 red bell pepper1/4 yellow bell pepper1 T of dried dill1 t of butter2 eggs5 slices of Spelt bread1/2 t of pepper1/2 t of lemon *optional1/4 cup of milk
Directions
In a frying pan place pat of butter, diced onion, diced peppers, pepper, and dill til sauted. Slightly beat eggs and milk in a bowl til mixed. Crumble the bread and salmon into the egg mixture. Add sauted veggies to mixture and mix throughly with hands. Then place in a loaf pan and bake 55-60 min in an oven set at 350. Serves 6.
