Low Fat Blueberry Bran Muffin

1 egg1 1/2 cup wheat bran1 cup non-fat milk1/2 cup unsw. apple sauce1/3 cup brown sugar1 cup whole wheat flour1 tsp baking soda1 1/2 tsp baking powder1 cup fresh blueberries
Mix wheat bran and milk and let stand for 10 minutes.
In a seperate bowl mix apple sauce, egg, sugar and vanilla. Then beat in bran mixture.
Sift dry ingredient together and stir into mix.
Fold in blueberries.
Bake at 375F for 15 to 20 minutes.
