Wakame & Cucumber seaweed Salad

Ingredients
Seaweed, wakame, 10 grams (remove)Cucumber (with peel), 0.5 cucumber (8-1/4") (remove)Ginger Root, 5 slices (1" dia) (remove)Granulated Sugar, 3 tsp (remove)*Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp (remove)*Nakano Seasoned Rice Vinegar, 5 tbsp (remove)
Directions
Place the Wakame Seaweed into a bowl of cold water to rehydrate.
De seed the cucumber and either grate or slice into long strips.
Place the sugar, soy sauce and vinegar into the bowl and mix together.
Slice the ginger into long strips (oickled ginger can also be used)


Strain the seaweed and mix with the cucumber add to the bowl and mix gently. Garnish with Ginger

If you fancy a bit of a kick sprinkle with chilli flakes
