Fiesta Cornmeal Pudding

Ingredients
Salt, 1 tsp Olive Oil, 1 tbspGarlic, 2 cloves or 1 large tbsp mincedOnions, raw, 1.50 cup, chopped (1 frozen package is fine as well)Green Peppers (bell peppers), 2.50 cup, chopped (1 frozen package is fine as well)Spinach, frozen, 1 package (10 oz) yields Water, tap, 2.50 cup (20 fl oz) Yellow Cornmeal, 1 cup Kirkland Egg Starts, 2 cup Hormel Bacon Bits, 4 tbsp (any soft bacon bits)Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese shredded, 1 cup
Directions
Bake for about an hour checking to make sure does not get burned.

This should make 6 servings by cutting 6 colums down and 3 across. = each serving is 3 squares. For lesser calories each square is about 85 calories.
