1 lb flounder fillets1/2 tbsp butter1/2 oz lemon juice1 tbsp basil1 tsp garlic powder1 can diced tomatoes
lay flounder fillets in a 9x13 baking dish. Cut butter into pieces on top of fillets. Next pour lemon juice on top. Mix diced tomatoes, garlic powder and basil, then spread on top of fillets.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until fillets are flaky.
