Chicken Chili

Ingredients
3 Chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil1 Medium Onion, white, chopped2 4oz. can Green Chiles2 cans Bush's Northern Beans2 Cups Chicken Broth, Low Sodium1.5 Tbsp ground cumin
Directions
Cook Chicken with any seasonings you prefer on skillet. Set aside and dice after cooled.
In a large pan, place onions and olive oil, let cook till onions are tender. Add Chicken and mix around.
Add chiles and cumin, mix well.
Add beans and broth. Cook till warm throughout and serve.
Great topped with a little light sour cream!!
