Sweet Potatoe Soup

Ingredients
1 Liter Vegtable Stock1 Small white onion1 Small fennel2 Cups Chickpeas (Garbonzo Beans)1 Tablespoon Olive Oil2 Stocks Celery1 Medium Sweet Potatoe1 Teaspoon Ground SageCelery Leaves
Directions
Dice Onion, Fennel, and Celery into small cubes. Heat olive oil in pan, and add vegtables. Saute until light in color. Add Vegtable stock and bring to a boil. Add sweet potatoe and boil until potatoes are soft. Add chickpeas, sage, and celery leaves.
