1- 15.5 oz can chickpeas1/2 c red bell pepper, chopped1 small red onion, chopped1 medium cucumber, chopped2 tbsp balsamic vinegar (I prefer Colavita)3 tbsp Olive Oil1/4 tsp garlic powder1/4 tsp oreganosalt and pepper to taste
Mix together, chill and go! Stays well in refrigerator for about three days!
