Spicy Cilantro Lime Rice

Ingredients
1 cup rice1 tsp salt2/3 cup cilantro, loosely packed1/3 cup chopped onion1/4 cup chopped scallions1 jalapeno (or to taste)1 tbsp lime juice1 tsp olive oil
Directions
Cook rice and salt according to package directions.

Puree the remaining ingredients in a blender, add to the cooked rice, stir well.
