Ingredients
8 slices bacon sliced1 small yellow onion diced2 cups chopped potatos1 cup chopped carrots1 cup chopped celery1 cup water2 cups skim milksalt and pepper to season1 can cream corn
Directions
cook bacon and onion till very well done, transfer to pot for soup. Add potatos, carrots, celery, water, and salt and pepper. Simmer for aproximately 10 minutes or till vegetables tender. Add milk, then add cream corn before serving and bring to a boil. Makes aproximately 7- 1 cup servings.
