Chocolate Cinnamon Soy Ice Cream

Ingredients
1 box firm silken tofu2/3 c soy milk1/3 c liquid sweetener2 tsp vanilla5 tbsp cocoa powder1 tsp cinnamon
Directions
Crumble tofu into a bowl. Add all other ingredients and blend with immersion blender until creamy. You can also use a blender of food processor. Follow instructions on your ice cream maker.
