Ingredients
3lbs beef round steak. ( or ask for swiss steak at the store)1 large onion sliced into thin strips1 20-30 ounce can of hunts crushed tomatoes.1 cup flour salt and pepper
Directions
cut meat into serving size steaks
salt and pepper meat.
coat meat in flour. brown in in olive oil.
place meat into crock pot. cover meat with raw onion. pour crushed tomatoes over meat and onion. cook on low for 6 hours or on high for 3 hours.
