Crock Pot Imitation Crab chowder

Ingredients

1 package of Louis Kemp Imitation Crab legs4 med. potatoes3 med carrots1 onion3 small stalks of celerysalt to taste, pepper, garlic powder4 cups nonfat milk
Chop veggies as desired. Place in crock pot with the crab and enough water to cover the veggies.
Cook att together on low all day until veggies are tender and potatoes are soft. remove lid, last hour and add nonfat milk to warm the milk through.
If you like a thicker soup, add a few mashed potato flakes to thicken. You may add Parmesan cheese for richer flavor.
Makes approximately 10 one cup servings.
