Red apple slaw

Ingredients
2 cups shredded red cabbage1 apple, grated (small to medium)1 Tbsp cider vinegar1 tsp white sugar1 Tbsp light mayo1 tsp caraway seed, crushedsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Toss apple with vinegar as soon as you've grated it so it doesn't brown.
Toss all ingredients together so it's all well mixed, then adjust seasoning to taste.
