Ingredients: *Pork, fresh, loin, center loin (chops), bone-in, separable lean and fat, cooked, braised, 2 chop, excluding refuse (yield from (remove)Wrights Bacon (fried), 3 stripsOnions, raw, 1 small, sliced thin*Sucralose (like Splenda), 2 tsp Yellow Mustard, .25 tsp or 1 packet *Molasses, blackstrap, .25 tbsp White Wine, 1.0 fl ozSauerkraut, 14.5 oz. can, drained well
Fry bacon till just crispy & remove to drain. set aside for later use.
Pour off all but 2 Tbsp. of the fat, & brown the chops till just golden. Remove & drain for later.
Put the sliced onion & remaining ingredients in the sam pan used to fry the chops, stir all for a moment to blend. Crumble the bacon into all of the mixture, turning the burner to low, add the chops & cover to simmer for 45 min. Serve.
